The Deep Dive, in plain English. The Deep Dive is a one-off engagement: £799+VAT for guests of the James Sinclair Business Broadcast (standard price £1,499+VAT), with VAT charged at the prevailing UK rate and shown at checkout. It includes two 2-hour video sessions and the written findings pack. You book session one immediately after payment (the booking page appears automatically and the link is in your receipt email); sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Adding the Waggle Dance CRM at checkout. If you tick the CRM add-on, you're starting a separate monthly rolling subscription at £99+VAT a month alongside your one-off Deep Dive: no setup fee, no minimum term, cancel any time with effect from your next billing date — email [email protected] or cancel from your account. Setup, configuration and ongoing support are included, and your build starts from a setup call booked after checkout. Wallet costs — the per-message and per-minute charges for the texts, emails and phone calls the system sends on your behalf — are billed at cost, with no markup, in addition to the subscription; you control the volume. The two purchases are independent: cancelling one does not affect the other, and the Deep Dive findings are yours either way.
